Since 1982 MTI Power has been providing the finest field machinists in the world. They are accomplished in both the shop and on-site. MTI Powers team of technicians operates the largest inventory of self-manufactured equipment. Many of the technicians have built, serviced and operated the MTI Power manufactured equipment. Since there is no one-size fits all solution, this enables us to custom design and manufacture specialty attachments, tooling and equipment to meet any challenges encountered. Weld engineering is always available to MTI customers. Our staff of highly trained welders and supervisors work with customers to review job plans and processes. MTI welders are highly trained in both manual and orbital welding and meet all ASME Sec IX criteria. MTI maintains ASME Certificates of Authorization including: ‘PP’, ‘U’, ‘S’, and ‘R’ Stamps. No matter what materials are at issue (i.e. stainless, carbon steel, inconnel, chrome; P11, P22, P91) strict adherence to MTI Safety, Welding and Quality Manuals is maintained which assures that customer projects are completed on time in a safe and professional manner. MTI manufactured field machining equipment maintains the highest level of quality and construction. Rest assured, your project will finish on schedule and on budget. We provide equipment and experienced technicians for uncommon on-site machining requirements such as facing elliptical manway gasket sealing surfaces.
