Muddy Puddles Childcare Ltd provides top quality childcare for children aged between 3 months and 5 years. We have a day nursery in Hertfordshire, close to the towns of Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead. Muddy Puddles Day Nursery is set in acres of beautiful countryside and has a vast outdoor play area for the children to enjoy. Our mission is to encourage the individuality of each and every child in our care, engender in them an enthusiastic approach to learning and to promote self-confidence and exploration of the world. We are committed to providing the best possible Early Years environment for children. Our dedicated staff will cherish and nurture every child, encouraging him or her to develop friendships, independence, curiosity and, most importantly of all, to have fun! Uniquely situated in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, we endeavour to make the most of our rural surroundings to enhance every child’s development through outdoor play and learning, whilst inside the nursery children benefit from a comprehensive range of toys and educational resources. Children attending Muddy Puddles Day Nursery are cared for in one of four bright and airy day rooms, namely Babies, Tweenies, Toddlers and Pre School moving between these as they achieve developmental milestones, loosely reached in line with their age. Resources and activities within each room are aimed at encouraging further development within the seven key areas of learning and development. . In addition to a vast array of toys, books and educational resources, each room is equipped with its ow n kitchenette where snacks, drinks and high tea are prepared. All children benefit from daily access to our expansive nursery grounds where there are dedicated areas for the younger children as well as an all-weather soft surfaced garden with a raised play house, scooters and balance bikes to enhance gross motor skill development for the slightly older children.
