Since 1904, the Mullan organization has been actively engaged in general contracting and development throughout the State of Maryland. What began as a milk hauling business quickly transformed to become a contractor hauling business, helping to move debris and rebuild Baltimore after the Great Fire. Thomas Mullan, Sr. expanded his operations to include excavation and foundation work. Successful in his endeavors, it was not long before he was building structures of all types in downtown Baltimore and elsewhere. Mullan Contracting continues to change and evolve to meet the demands of the marketplace. Our founder was a great entrepreneur and businessman, and his sons and grandsons have strengthened and grown the company. Mullan Contracting offers the sophistication of a large construction services provider and the hands on, personal approach of a committed, family-owned business.
