Multi Torque was established in 1991 in Perth, Western Australia and Jadefoil in 1990 in New South Wales. In an attempt to better service the Australian Mining sector, on the 1st of February 2005 the two companies combined to establish a head office in Perth and offices in NSW and Queensland.
