Small business and entrepreneurship in general has taken a steep hit with no true relief. This is specially true in small business in marginalized communities- across Southern California. In light of current global and national events, we felt pressed to respond as business owners and community leaders in a different way. Thus, we developed an alliance- an alliance that would continue to forge equitable business and economic opportunities for business owners, entrepreneurs and leaders especially in times of crisis. We want to emphasize that this alliance was created to address and adapt to the unique circumstances multicultural business owners face and create a space for learning, productive discourse surrounding the challenges we encounter as well as contribute to the body of research and innovation so that we can achieve our Mission.
