Established in 1977, Multigrind Services Ltd is an Aerospace Standard EN9100 Rev D (AS9100 Rev D equivalent) accredited, Precision Engineering Company conveniently located within a short 5 -10 minutes’ drive from either junction 17 or junction 18 of the M25 in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. We specialize in producing high quality machined components for a diverse range of industry sectors, including Aerospace, Defence, Motorsport (including Formula 1), Food, Medical, Oil & Gas, Electronics and Scientific. Here at Multigrind Services Ltd, we are uniquely placed to offer the complete project management package by working in partnership with our customers at the initial product design stages, providing “Design for Manufacture” advice - through to full batch manufacture; including CNC Turning, CNC Milling, CNC / Manual / Centreless Grinding and Assembly – in addition we have further manual machines dedicated to small batch and prototype work. We strongly believe Multigrind Services’ size is critical to its success; we are small enough to respond to individual customer requirements quickly and effectively, but large enough to provide a high level of technical support and quality control through an established structured approach. In addition, Multigrind Services operates within strict compliance to our EN9100 Rev D accreditation, which ensures all our work is carried out to the highest possible standard - providing full material and manufacturing traceability, ensuring total quality assurance from initial customer enquiry through to product delivery to our customers - and beyond. This approach has made us the first choice for many companies requiring high quality finished parts ready for assembly without the need for inspection.
