About Munster Joinery U.K.
For 50 years in business, Munster Joinery is now among Europe's largest manufacturers of energy-efficient windows and doors. Founded in 1973, the company has grown yearly, with the continuous development of new products, materials, and processes. With operations in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Ireland, the company has two production facilities one consisting of a 360,000 sq ft plant on a 28-acre site at Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, and the other consisting of a 960,000sq ft. plant on an eighty-acre site in Ballydesmond, Ireland. We manufacture PVC, Aluminium, Composite, and Timber products to the heights of standards with our PassiV uPVC, AluClad, and Aluminium ranges being certified as Passive House suitable components by the Passive House Institute in Germany. Muster Joinery members of staff across all departments are directly employed which allows the business to maximize efficiency when it comes to, surveying, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, service, and aftercare. At Munster Joinery we also recognise the increasing importance of waste management and recycling within the industry. We have a dedicated ‘waste management and recycling’ division which allows us to be fully self-reliant in dealing with all waste and packaging products as well as recyclable materials on site. The business also saves over 9,000 tonnes of carbon emissions annually with its own wind turbines and biomass steam turbine which have a combined electrical output of 7 megawatts.
