"Mura" originates from the Kalaw Lagaw Ya language of the Western Torres Strait Islands, meaning people coming together - building connections and achieving goals through shared effort and collaboration. We are a business by Mob, for Mob – driven by a deep understanding of the unique strengths, challenges and opportunities within our communities. Based in Darwin, NT, Mura Training & Business Solutions Pty Ltd is a proudly First Nations-owned and led Social Enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals, businesses and communities. With a strong emphasis on supporting First Nations people and their communities, we provide Cultural Awareness and Cultural Safety workshops, professional and personal development training, facilitator contracting and employment services. Our mission is to foster growth and opportunities for First Nations communities while promoting inclusivity and cultural understanding. Looking ahead, we plan to expand our services to include youth and school programs and tailored business support programs. Our solutions address real-world challenges, foster long-term growth and are grounded in cultural respect and understanding. We believe that by working together, we can create sustainable, inclusive opportunities for all.
