Murphy Heating & AC and Bexar Air Inc. are two independent businesses under the ownership of Jerry Barragan and Harry Franzreb. Murphy was acquired on July 2008 and Bexar Air on February 2011. The two companies have a combined 60+ year history in serving the Central Texas area and are recognized as two of the most reputable AC and Heating contractors in San Antonio. Both companies provide design, installation and services for high end systems supporting the commercial and the residential sectors. While our major aim is to supply total comfort by providing suitable Heating and Air-conditioning systems for our clients, we are continuously seeking and adding more “green” and energy efficient alternatives such as air sealing and weatherization for homes and buildings. Murphy A/C and Bexar Air own a data base of approximately 12,000 customers. We provide work for close to 50 employees and manage a fleet of 25 service and installation vehicles.
