Murray Prep provides communication training for individuals ages 13 and up. We start with message mapping to create honest, relevant and complete content for an interview, resume or essay. Accent is put on developing visual examples and positive ideas that reflect the client's strengths and prove what he/she says is true. We then develop effective resumes, cover letters, applications and essays. Interview practice occurs on digital video with questions currently being asked by employers and college admission representatives. Viewing with constructive critique follows. Ultimately the client develops the lifetime skill of representing oneself well in all situations both verbally and in writing. Additional services regarding wardrobe, image and body language are available and are especially important for merit scholarship and "final round" employment interviews. A select number of clients also benefit from Individual performance coaching for speech presentations and on-camera appearances or for television careers. All sessions are one on one with confidentiality and privacy assured which are essential for effective practice, employment seeking while still employed, and issues of competition.
