Our highly trained, certified personal trainers work individually with clients to help them maximize results using the scientifically based "Muscles in Motion Method". We opened the doors of our Lake Oswego location with one goal in mind: To provide our clients with the most effective, convenient and affordable personal training available today. To this end, we have spared no expense equipping our facility with state-of-the-art exercise equipment including MedX, Nautilus, and Hammer Strength. These are the most technologically advanced exercise machines in the world today. Using our state-of-the-art equipment and research based protocols, we have designed the most efficient, effective, lowest cost supervised training model in the industry. Lastly, our small, easy to access location provides the convenience you need to get in and out quickly, making the most of your time. But it’s not only our facility or superior training that truly separates us. We think you’ll find the attitude, knowledge, and caring passion of our staff to be the real reason you choose us. All of our employees go through an extensive recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process followed by Muscles in Motion University, our rigorous internal training process.
