Muse Life Guide by Edmond T Cheng, The Total Transformation Coach, is a health and wellness collective that is comprised of Muse Life Coaching for the mind, Muse Nutrition for the body, and Muse Yoga for the spirit. The word “Muse” means to look inward, as opposed to always looking outward, for the power, strength, inspiration, validation, and resources to create a meaningful and beautiful life for ourselves. Muse takes an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to coaching, nutrition, and yoga. Everyone is seen as whole and unbroken, behind every behaviour is a positive intention, that everyone is okay, and has the resources within them to make positive changes in their lives. Muse Life Guide was founded by Edmond T. Cheng. Edmond’s passion is in working with people to discover their passions, and transform their potential into meaningful and tangible manifestations of their visions and values. His passion came after a life changing moment many years ago when he realized he was living his life for others than for himself, which led him to question his own beliefs, identity, and values. Through Edmond’s journey of self-discovery, he experienced what it felt like to be mentally, physically, and spiritually aligned, which led him to want to bring that empowering experience to others through his work. When we are totally aligned, we are in the clearest mind, at our freest point, and at our highest peak in that moment of our lives to make the most positively impactful decisions that serves our most authentic selves and our deepest values. Edmond says, “the Muse approach, whether it be through Muse Life Coaching, Muse Nutrition, or Muse Yoga, is a partnership between you and I. The structure and pace of our work together will allow you to become courageously vulnerable so that you can create the space within your sub-consciousness to unveil, live, and share your life purpose.
