About Museek Record Label

Museek is a brand new digital + physical record label project, born in one of the most uncomfortable places for musicians: Italy. Museek does not aim to be another dance label. Museek belongs to the aftermath: the way back home. The inspiration comes from the break beats and downtempo sound that can be identified in label such as Ninja Tune and Mo’Wax, with the intelligent pop approach that characterized Morr Music in the early 2000s. In a time completely stuff of micro genres and self-referring niches, the only thing we want to fullfill is the timelapse between the disco and the coming back home, giving an exclusive soundtrack to the “off-of-the-dancefloor” moments.
