The names of British Prime Ministers are woven into the fabric of our history, yet there is no museum dedicated to those who have held the country’s highest political office. But it does not have to be like this. So many other countries in the world have established museums and exhibitions to celebrate their former leaders. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 Museum of the Prime Minister (MoPM) is an organisation with a mission to establish a permanent museum in central London where visitors can explore the achievements, failures and decisions of prime ministers past and present. Author and historian Sir Anthony Seldon, and entrepreneur Dr. Robert D. Kilgour, founded MoPM in 2023, launching a new website and 185-page report (compiled by historical researcher Jonathan Meakin) that considered similar institutions abroad and examined the merits of establishing a MoPM in Britain. “There is no part of Britain, and not many parts of the world, untouched by the decisions of the prime minister.
