Music is invisible, abstract, and hard to understand. Add to that a shortage of qualified music teachers, effective e-learning tools, and a severe lack of funding, and many students are left unengaged and uninspired. Music:Eyes is the world’s first e-learning platform for music that uses interactive visualizations to make music education more engaging, accessible, and creative. Music:Eyes is based on our Co-Founder Stephen Malinowski’s YouTube channel /smalin with more than 170 million views, which has proven effective in the following ways: • When you see what you hear, you notice more and learn using a variety of senses • Concepts that are hard to explain in words become easy to understand and fun to explore in visual form • The Music:Eyes studio lets students create their own music animations, providing a means of self-expression and connection to the music.
