Music healing is the art/science of our interaction with sounds that assist us in relaxing, having insight, balancing our brains, and refreshing/decongesting our human energy field. Some types of music can resonate with the deep primitive parts of our brain and invoke a state of calm, a feeling of "coming home" to a safe place in ourselves. In these harmonious states our immune systems work better, out body heals more rapidly and we frequently have an experience of being able to see that which causes reactivity and is below our conscious threshold creating an opportunity for us to let go of that which fetters us.
