About MusicLight, Inc

Our mission at MusicLight is to provide accessible, innovative music education and therapy programs to heal, uplift, and transform lives. We are dedicated to breaking mental health stigma by providing scientifically validated interventions that effectively address mental health issues while enhancing socialization, cognitive development and joy. Our curriculum has reached over 600,000 children worldwide and have created over 6,000 art/music teacher trainers to date. At our organization, we strongly believe in the power of music as a transformative tool and means of interaction. We have developed programs that utilize music therapy techniques, including compositional and improvisational music therapy and receptive and recreational music therapy interventions. We are committed to serving underprivileged communities, focusing on implementing our programs in municipal and state schools to reach a more significant number of children and adolescents. As we know, social inequality is one of the world's biggest challenges today. With a lack of investment in education and infrastructure, over 40% of all municipalities divert funds from primary education to other levels of education. These distressing statistics define our decision-making process when selecting locations for program implementation. At our core, we believe that music can be a powerful force for good, and we are committed to making it accessible to those who need it most.
