About Muvico Theaters
Muvico Entertainment, L.L.C. (“Muvico” or “the Company”) is a chain of premium, megaplex motion picture theaters in the United States. The Company currently operates 152 screens in 9 locations located in Florida, California, and Illinois. The Company’s theaters have developed a reputation as true entertainment destinations — attracting guests from as far as 25 miles away. Muvico differentiates itself from its competition by building architecturally “themed”, state-of-the-art theaters, offering such amenities as expanded concession menus, VIP areas with full-service bars and restaurants, reserved seating and Internet ticketing. Muvico believes in offering the guest an integrated entertainment experience that is not “just about the movie” but where the “movie is part of the overall entertainment experience”. Muvico also features its Premier VIP concept at its Muvico Rosemont and Thousand Oaks locations, delivering an exclusive theater experience for viewers 21 and up. The Premier features ultra-plush, oversized theater chairs for the ultimate in viewing relaxation and guests can sip on their favorite wine, beer, or cocktail as the movie plays in stunning high-definition Sony digital cinema 4K. In August of 2012 Muvico Theaters launched it MuviStar™ Rewards program – an exclusive rewards program tailored towards the guest that goes straight to the real desires of movie lovers everywhere: free movie tickets.
