About My Blind Coach
My Blind Coach believes that “The human spirit does not belong on a waiting list,” and offers a positive, take-charge approach to living with declining sight, regardless of the cause, mentally preparing individuals for the internal and external challenges they will face in life. Through exploring what it means to be a whole person, our coaches offer insights and takes clients through personal, psychological, sociological, and cultural perspectives on blindness. Most importantly, and―perhaps surprisingly―show us some of the benefits nearly blind and blind people have found after vision loss. These benefits include heightening of the other senses and deeper understanding of the human condition. My Blind Coach provides Blindness and Vision Loss Coaching, Echolocation Training, how to ride a non-tandem bike – riding solo, and resources that will radically change reality for blind individuals across the world.
