What we do We establish teams of business owners to build better business through monthly face-to-face peer advisory boards, where the focus is on growth, accountability, and action. Our teams include leaders from established medium-size businesses On membership application acceptance we’ll arrange a profile assessment to help place you in the right team. How we help Teams meet monthly with the focus on the core areas of growth, accountability, and actions. Growth – The first part of the monthly meeting focuses on growth. The Chair leads discussion in a workshop format drawing on members’ experience. As the need arises, industry subject matter experts are invited to speak. Everyone leaves with something valuable to try in their business. Accountability – Each member prepares and presents a board report at the meeting. Reports focus on quarterly project updates, financials tracked against targets and commentary on all aspects of running a business. Action items are tracked and ticked off as they are completed. A quick Zoom check in is held each fortnight to hold each other to account, keep the group connected mid-month and offer help if needed. Actions – Do you have ideas, questions or problems that burn into your brain and keep you awake at night? Write them down and take it to the next board meeting where 8 to 10 experienced heads will get to work on your problem. If its urgent, we’ll get a focus group together outside of regular meetings to provide the support on the spot.
