About My Conscious Teacher

My Conscious Teacher is on a mission to change how we support educators, emotionally, mentally, and systemically. We equip teachers with the inner tools they were never taught in training: emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and conscious leadership. Behind every great education system are humans holding it up. And too often, those humans are exhausted, unsupported, and burning out. Our school-based workshops, teacher training programs, and ongoing support give educators the space to reconnect with themselves, their students, and their purpose. We’re not adding to their workload, we’re helping them show up with more presence, calm, and clarity. This isn’t just personal development. It’s systemic repair. We work with schools, governments, and teacher training institutions to embed emotional wellbeing into the foundation of education, so classrooms become places where everyone can thrive.
