Two friends on a mission to feel better, live better & help others do the same. It all started with small daily habits, simple routines, and a hunt for quality supplements that actually made a difference. Once we found what worked, everything changed. We felt better, more focused, and more in control. Friends and family noticed and started asking what we were doing. That’s when it clicked. This wasn’t just about us anymore. We created My Dailys to help others build better habits too. Real support, clean supplements with no fillers, binders, or anti-caking agents, and a community that’s in it together. Danny (Co Founder) Life got intense over a few short years. A lot changed. I lost someone close, and family members were facing serious health issues too. On top of that, my daughter’s health journey which started when she was born became even more challenging as she got older. It made me step back and really look at how I was living, I wasn’t taking care of myself, physically or mentally. I run a record label, working with creators, artists and producers around the world. It’s a demanding space. late nights, constant pressure, and barely any downtime. The shift didn’t happen overnight, but simple routines and quality supplements made a real difference. I started to feel like myself again. People noticed and that’s when it became something bigger than just me. Maxwell (Co Founder) I've faced my own battles with health, struggling with being overweight and dealing with depression. It wasn't until I discovered the power of fasting that things began to change for me. Over the course of a year, I lost 3 stone, and the transformation didn’t stop there. The following year, I incorporated supplements into my routine that helped me focus on my fitness and improve my physical appearance. Now, I've shed a total of 7 stone and feel empowered to share my journey through My Dailys.
