My Digital Ladder (MDL) began as a volunteer-driven high school program in 2017. It was established in 2020, as a #nonprofit corporation serving the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Our Mission: To expose underrepresented youth to high demand skills, with the goal of fostering interest in the pursuit of higher education, internships, careers, and community involvement within the business community.
