About My Exercise

ME is devoted to advising mums about healthy lifestyle and fitness choices that work on an individual level. Our ambition is to get more Mums active. We recognise there is very little support and assistance available for mothers who want to ensure their body is in the best possible condition to cope with pregnancy and recovery. We also understand that getting time out is hard, especially when you have more than one child. We are fortunate enough to have childcare/crèche facilities available while you spend time with our team, so you can switch off and get on with your goals of wellbeing. Our mission is to get more mothers active during pre and post pregnancy.
