About My Favorite Chicken
Since 2014 My Favorite Chicken® (formerly ChickenGuardian) has been distributing specialty backyard chicken supplies sourced from the United States and worldwide. We’ve been raising chickens even longer, starting with a small flock, then breeding exotic, endangered breeds, and finally operating a 400+ free-range hen egg laying business in North Texas. Through our experiences, we’ve learned how to make raising and keeping chickens fun, easy and cost-effective. We decided to share these discoveries with others, starting with importing the Chicken Guard® automatic coop door from the United Kingdom, and making it readily available to Americans. From there we expanded to other supplies that we’ve tried and tested, and found useful to backyard chicken keepers. We’ve even developed our own poultry equipment and innovations and continue to look for opportunities to help chicken owners.
