We are a family owned and operated home inspection company established in 2007. Our main inspector, Jorge Perez, has done over 10,000 inspections with over 10 years of experience in the field. Our number one priority is customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. We specialize in Full home inspections and Insurance inspections. We pride ourselves in keeping our company within the family to ensure the absolute best quality inspections with the client's best interest in mind. All our inspectors are Florida licensed, certified, and insured. Here's a summary of the services we offer: - Full Home Inspection - Wind Mitigation Inspection - 4 Point Inspection - Roof Condition / Certification - Termite (WDO) Inspection - Electrical System Inspection - HVAC (AC) System Inspection - Plumbing System Inspection - Roof Inspection - Mold sample lab testing - Chinese Drywall lab testing - Lead Paint lab testing - Drone aerial shots - Infrared Camera Inspection Meet the Business Owner Jorge Perez and his son, Alex Perez, are the business owners of the company. The company has a total of four full time inspectors, two of which are Jorge and Alex. The other two have been carefully hand chosen by Jorge and Alex to meet the company standards. Our office is managed by Niola, who has been with the company since its inception. She handles all e-mails, phone calls and texts as well as coordinating the appointment schedule for all inspectors. Jorge is a father of 2 sons and a husband to his wife, Ibis Perez. He founded this company to provide for his family, but little did he know it would grow to the successful business it is today. The excellent customer service we provide is a reflection of the moral values and proper manners he instilled into his sons. His example of what a good father and loving husband should be is the foundation on which this company was built. Customer service is our number one priority and will continue to be for all the years to come.
