About My Friendly Lawyer

My Friendly Lawyer started out with a group of us sitting around and trying to understand some contracts that were put in front of us. Between us we could sort of figure out what was required but still needed to follow up with a call to our lawyer. We are regular people who were just trying to decipher the complexities of the legal system and found that the resources available to the average person were pretty minimal. To call our lawyer for basic questions seemed unreasonable and not really feasible. Not only did we not want to pay the fees we would need to pay for a half hour call, our lawyer likely did not have the time to spend on such small requests. This led us to the idea of My Friendly Lawyer. It started as a “imagine you could just...” or “wouldn’t it be cool if...” type of conversation and started to grow from there. We feel that everyone should have access to justice and the legal system regardless of their income bracket. We have garnered a network of lawyers across the country, knowledgeable in all areas of law to answer your questions and offer advice or support with what you need.
