About My Mental Health Project

Welcome to My Mental Health Initiative, inspired by WHO's 1978 Alma-Ata Declaration. Our objective is to develop youth mental resilience and promote mental well-being as more than the absence of disease or infirmity. We empower individuals to manage their mental health through raising self-awareness, connecting with the correct resources, detecting potential mental health disorders early, minimising risks, and altering cultural attitudes about mental disease. We believe My Mental Health Project's offerings will improve Australia's future. -The MMHP School Mental Health Initiative promotes school mental health, early intervention and fosters student success. -The MMHP Indigenous Welfare & Accommodation Project provides culturally appropriate mental health support to Indigenous communities. -The MMHP Perinatal Mental Health Project supports pregnant and new mothers' mental health. -Our Workplace Mental Health Project recognises the effects of work-related stress and creates supportive workplaces -The MMHP Coping Skills Development Programme teaches resilience and coping abilities. -Our Foundation Charity and Fundraising Project raises awareness and finances for mental health projects, and -Our Mental Health Research and Evidence-Based Practice effort ensures that our treatments are based on scientific research and best practises, and -Our Homeostasis Project emphasises life balance, and well-being. -Finally, our MMHP Retreat Project provides a relaxing, reflective, and mentally healthy environment. Our passion for improving mental health drives us to advocate preventive mental health treatments.
