My Mighty Self, LLC is a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) consulting business dedicated to helping students, educators, and families develop the essential life skills that lead to emotional resilience, positive behavior, and lasting academic and personal success. Founded by M’Lissa Parker, a trauma-informed educator, SEL consultant, and behavior specialist, we work at the intersection of education, emotional development, and student well-being. With years of hands-on experience in the classroom and beyond, M’Lissa understands the daily challenges teachers and students face and offers practical, proven strategies that create real change. Our mission is to bring calm, connection, and confidence into classrooms and communities.
