This All-star online auction, with over 30 items available offers the opportunity to own some once in a lifetime treasures. See the next page for a sneak peek of just some of the items going to auction… ABOUT LASTING LIFE SIMON MACCORKINDALE WAS A HUGELY SUCCESSFUL, MUCH-LOVED INTERNATIONAL ACTOR. IN 2005 HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH COLON CANCER AND AFTER A COURAGEOUS BATTLE DEVASTATINGLY LOST HIS LIFE FIVE YEARS LATER AT 58. DURING HIS ILLNESS, TREATMENTS AND HELP WERE SO DIFFICULT TO COME BY, SO SUSAN MADE IT HER MISSION TO CREATE A CHARITY IN SIMON’S NAME, THAT WOULDHELP OTHERS IN THEIR TIME OF NEED. ON 14TH FEBRUARY 2016, LASTING LIFE THE SIMON MACCORKINDALE LEGACY WAS LAUNCHED. FUNDS ARE AWARDED TO INDIVIDUALS, SMALL COMMUNITIES AND ORGANISATIONS AFFECTED BY CANCER.
