About My thoughts

I am Mahiul Kadir young development activist and have been more than 5 years to lead [Executive Director] an organisation Hope for the Poorest, sister concern of microfinance organisation ASA. I am managing among others, soliciting funds for the organisation, budget management, overseeing daily operations and attending stakeholder and public meetings as needed. I am devoted to and excel in three areas – each areas strengthening others: Resource mobilization and nonprofits, Idea generation and program development and the last one is people and financial management. Let me expand a bit on each: Resource mobilization and nonprofits – more than 5 years I was working on fundraising [Institutional & Charity] for the development works at national and international development organisations. Idea generation and program development – I am always following global socio-economic trends and mapping development partners’ priority areas for new idea creation and program development People and financial management – I cherish my success over the years running a highly successful team and accountable myself every single amount of money expends for the meaningful purposes.
