At My Well-Being Team, we know that receiving a medical diagnosis—whether for yourself or a loved one—can be overwhelming and confusing. You might feel lost and unsure of what to do next. Our story began when our founder faced this very situation with her daughter. After struggling with the limitations and side effects of traditional medicine, she embarked on a deeply personal journey to find a better way to heal her daughter. This journey led to the creation of My Well-Being Team — a holistic approach that integrates movement, stress management, sleep, toxin-free living, mental health, nutrition through group healing. It’s an approach born out of a mother’s love and determination, and it’s at the heart of everything we do. One of our most cherished offerings is the Well-Being Cafe—a nurturing space where individuals facing similar health challenges can come together to explore healing as a group. Over four weeks, our 90-minute weekly sessions blend expert insights with heartfelt group sharing and discussion. Here, you’ll find not only professional guidance but also the warmth and understanding that come from a supportive community.
