MyBI App generates live and drill-able Management Accounts from transaction level data directly from the accounting database. MyBI App has been fully developed to automatically integrate with Pastel Partner and Pastel Xpress. MyBI App is used by auditors, business executives, financial directors, portfolio managers and the like. MyBI App seamlessly connects with multiple databases from a single location without the need for additional Pastel licences. Accordingly, a user can remotely analyse and review businesses with full insight to transaction data. MyBI App operates at user level within Excel making it uncomplicated to integrate into existing environments and easy for financial experts to grasp. MyBI App integrates into a secure cloud environment, where the MyBI team processes the data on a daily basis, giving the user updated ManAccs every day. Every amount within MyBI App can be scrutinised by double clicking on it which will call up the related transactions that make up the amount. This DrillDown opens in a separate Excel book enabling the user to furthermore build customised reports, check trends, generate graphs and highlight transactions to be followed up, quickly and efficiently.
