My Body Mentor was founded by Louis Rennocks. He’s spent over twenty years in the boutique fitness industry – from Barry’s Bootcamp to starting his own VC-backed startups – and learnt everything there is to know about supporting clients through health transformations. There are thousands of personal trainers at every fancy gym, and tens of thousands of fitness coaches out there online, and but changing your body requires more than a coach or a PT. It requires mentorship. Mentorship is about guiding clients through their transformations, focusing not only on their diet and exercise routines, but on their mindsets and lifestyles. If anyone wants to achieve long lasting change, you have to offer more support, which is why I started MBM.
