We aim to empower people through education and coaching to take charge of their health and wellbeing and learn about their risks and how to prevent the progression of preventable non-communicable diseases like type 2 diabetes through personalised diets and food choices aimed at inducing normal post-meal glycaemic response. Our unique approach is underpinned by four core goals: 1. To always collaborate with health and nutritional practitioners when developing risk assessment and prevention products which will be useful for them to use in their practices. 2. To have the most unique and reliable platform that measures an individual’s personal features including genetic variations, microbiome, blood tests, symptom checker questionnaires and food diary to provide a multivariate algorithm to predict personal glycaemic responses to report risk of developing type 2 diabetes. 3. To design personalised nutrition interventions which is evidenced based to improve symptoms in order to reduce risk of disease progression. Dietary intake is a central determinant of blood glucose levels, and thus, in order to achieve a normal glucose level, it is imperative to make food choices that induce normal postprandial (post-meal) glycaemic responses. 4. Harnessing technology (including AI), we provide a behavioural intervention platform that informs clients about their health risks, what the results means for their future health, why it matters and then provide multi-layered coaching “nudging” them to make better choices in their daily lives - from cooking at home, grocery shopping, eating out, reducing stress and improving sleep – enabling the user to measure and track their health through nutrition scores and graphs.
