Now you can analyze samples every month for one low price. The following analysis is included for every sample: Wine: Ethanol, TA, pH, VA, Glucose/Fructose, Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Free and Total SO2. Juice: Brix, TA, Tartaric Acid, Malic Acid, pH, Glucose/Fructose, Ammonia, Alpha Amino Nitrogen and Potassium. Monthly Service Levels: 1.) Premier: $500/month*, 50 samples, add'l samples are $10 2,) Standard: $375/month, 25 samples, add'l samples are $15 3.)
