I’m Kazzie, Founder and Chief Happiness Officer of Mynd Harmony, a heart-centred wellness practice supporting individuals and organisations to reconnect with their inner calm and live from the heart. At Mynd Harmony, we offer a range of transformative practices including Vedic meditation, menopause yoga, sound healing, spiritual mentoring and holistic wellness. I teach Vedic meditation, a simple, natural and effortless technique that provides deep rest and helps release accumulated stress – revitalising the mind and body. It’s a practice you can use for life, anywhere and anytime, empowering you to experience greater clarity, resilience and wellbeing. Our offerings are available both in person on the Coffs Coast of Australia and globally online, and we also collaborate on immersive retreats and deliver corporate mindfulness programmes designed to foster balance, clarity and connection in the workplace.
