Our job is more than just delivering content, it is really about capturing and sharing KNOWLEDGE; and increasing COLLABORATION between people, groups or teams. So what do we do? Our competencies include digitization of current content, new content R&D, hosting live and recorded webinars, and HR consultation. But, truth be told, our real passion is working with individual clients to find CUSTOMIZED solutions to the obstacles which keep them from realizing their educational targets. We understand that sometimes gaining corporate buy-in for employee/member training can be difficult, and that HR and other training professionals are often asked to perform miracles with minimal resources. Our wide variety of experience allows us to create unique, one-of-a-kind SOLUTIONS - specific to the organization's needs. We won't try to sell you the farm when you only need the cow! We are a small company and that's the way we like it.
