About MYSTERYM

MYSTERYM was created to support clients to "Consciously Step Into Their Story". As part of my MSc research, I developed a Model of Enquiry that enables clients to experience a holistic and multi dimensional approach to a problem. This allows news lenses of understanding to emerge which creates a deeper understanding of their current role in work and life. Using a combination of Creative Expressive Therapies, Applied Transpersonal Psychology and Jungian Depth Coaching, I take my clients through a Personal Quest to uncover some of areas in their lives which have been blocked or no longer serve. One of the words used by several of my clients to describe the experience is "Evolution". Through digging deep, I can unearth the issue or problem from a symbolic perspective and facilitate turning the quest into strategies that can be applied in daily life. The most important thing for me is that spiritual and transpersonal concepts are grounded in real life needs.
