About MyStryde

MYSTRYDE is Boston's first treadmill studio. MYSTRYDE combines boutique fitness with running. Our classes create the ultimate running experience, for all levels. Our boutique fitness classes incorporate running intervals synced to music in a dim-lit room, as well as strength and bootcamp classes. Our environment is similar to a spin class environment, but with treadmills instead of bikes. We push you to grind up hills, fly through sprints, and body weight and kettlebell exercises on the floor. You'll leave feeling empowered, confident, and fast.
