About MyTBrain

MyTBrain is a youth-led participation consultancy and digital platform supporting organisations to co-design mental health tools, campaigns, and systems that reflect real lived experience. We work directly with young people aged 13–30 to deliver rapid, youth-informed insight through: 🧲 Focus groups 💡 Co-design sessions 🧠 Mental health resource reviews 🛡️ Participation infrastructure audits Alongside our consultancy, we offer a supportive online hub where young people can access mental health tools, peer spaces, and real opportunities to gain experience working in the mental health world — all while actively contributing to service design and innovation. Our approach is ethical, rooted in child rights, neurodivergent-friendly, and grounded in evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. MyTBrain is led by a consultant with over 14 years’ experience supporting young people through direct service delivery, group therapy facilitation, co-production projects, and clinical project design. This includes experience working with global and UK-based organisations to support the development of youth participation systems and capacity.
