Dr. Samra is CEO & Founder of MyWorkplaceHealth, which offers a comprehensive suite of clinical, consulting & training services in workplace mental health. We are your go-to Psychological Health & Safety (PH&S) experts, offering a range of clinical, consulting and training services: in-office, at your workplace, and online. As a national thought leader on issues relating to mental health & an innovator in the area of psychological health and safety in the workplace, Dr. Samra has been the lead on a number of pivotal national workplace projects that have contributed to policy change in Canada. She has been involved as an expert advisor on a number of provincial and national steering committees in the area of workplace psychological health, including being a Founding Member of the Technical Committee that developed Canada’s National Standard for Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace (CSA Z1003/BNQ9700) – the first Standard of its kind in the world. We offer PH&S Consulting, Leadership Coaching, and Team/Management Workshops & Training. In addition, we offer a range of Clinical and Counselling services. Our team's expertise in the National Standard ensures that we understand the myriad challenges that may be faced by individuals dealing with workplace-related psychological health issues. When required/requested, we work closely with employers to create effective and successful return-to-work plans and, when warranted, can make recommendations regarding workplace accommodations. We also offer services via telehealth – using secure, encrypted videoconferencing platforms.
