N&M Learning Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of N&M Pro Solutions developing innovative Android and iOS smartphone and tablet application platforms for the mobile workforce. Our first release is branded as MediCredits EMS Credit App. MediCredits (RTM) is for health care and first responders to obtain and maintain their certification requirements for continuing education. The platform is designed for people who are on the go but still with a need for continuing education. Hands-free, off-line mode allows for someone riding in a car to listen to course material, take flash cards and test their knowledge before committing to taking the certification exam. The application has an administrative front-end for establishing course content, by structuring the content into learning objectives, entry of questions and answers, then flash cards and randomly leverages questions for use. The system maintains all data for up to five years and is completely auditable by a third party. Group purchasing options exist and our automated helpdesk functions to refer a friend, report a problem, report content issues, reset passwords and answer customer complaints. Our platform is also a white label application meaning N&M can license the software or directly host our customer's training content. This unique capability extends our potential earnings as a software company and/or as a service provider to other learning management companies or corporations for their internal employees. Many companies have work force components without computers (maintenance, field service agents, etc.) which complicates mandatory training and job skills development. Most people have either a personal smart phone or a tablet computer which means a company could rollout a training curriculum without investing in providing laptop computers to everyone or requiring that they attend a scheduled class. This saves a significant amount of money while being more convenient to the student.
