She does this by helping her clients to shift their mindset to create change that is possible, doable and realistic. Pacing, timing, readiness and adaptability are essential elements in increasing motivation in the behavior change process. Coach Maki understands that no two people are the same and each day brings with it new or recurring challenges and obstacles.
