The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA, Inc.) is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for Black professionals in accounting, finance, and related business. Representing more than 200,000 Black professionals in these fields, NABA advances people, careers, and its mission by providing education, resources, and meaningful career connections to professional and student members, fulfilling our motto: Lifting as We Climb. Through our mission to engage, empower and educate Black Business Leaders, NABA is committed to supporting its members and institutions in dismantling systemic barriers. We will continue to advocate for policies promoting equitable access to education and job opportunities, mentorship programs empowering and uplifting aspiring Black Business Leaders, and initiatives promoting financial fluency and wealth-building. By equipping our community with the tools and resources needed to "lift as we climb," we strive to narrow the racial wealth gap and promote inclusivity within the accounting, business, finance and entrepreneurship professions.
