Nailer Consulting, or more specifically Kevin Roberts (a non-practising construction solicitor), provides a wide range of legal, contractual and commercial advisory services to contractors engaged in construction, engineering and related activities. From 1996 to 2004, Kevin was a solicitor in private practice and specialised in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Construction Law. Before establishing Nailer Consulting, he was employed by a national construction consultancy company as its Head of Legal Services. Kevin remains on the Roll of Solicitors but as a non-practising solicitor he does not provide legal, contractual and commercial advisory services in his capacity as a solicitor. However, with the exception of conducting court proceedings, he provides exactly the same services to contractors as he did when he practised as a solicitor, and with the same level of professionalism and expertise but now at significantly reduced cost. Kevin is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of the Society of Construction Law and a Member of the Adjudication Society.
