About Nakshatra Wellness

Nakshatra Wellness Co. provides a variety of complementary wellness services; yoga, sound meditation, reiki energy healing and curated workshops and retreats to support you on your spiritual journey. In early 2021, Owner + Founder Caitlin made the decision to quit her corporate career and pursue the things she's truly passionate about. She began practicing yoga asana over twelve years ago. At the time she didn’t realize the profound effect yoga would have on her life in the years to come, not only physically but mentally as well. She still enjoys yoga asana - that little escape from daily life and the chance to turn inward. She had no idea that by taking a deeper dive into what it means to live a yogic lifestyle, not just on the mat but across all aspects of life, that her true life purpose would be revealed.
