Equipped with a closed loop sink, pass-through refrigerator, noise-canceling technology, and a custom upholstered chair, Nala Pod can be easily assembled on-site and is fully functional with a single electrical outlet. While office spaces have undergone a remarkable transformation over the past few decades embracing open layouts, collaborative environments, and cutting-edge amenities, the lactation spaces and accommodations for nursing employees in the office have remained glaringly stagnant. The name Nala means "queen," "lion," and "successful"—a tribute to the strength, resilience, and beauty of motherhood. Nala Pod was designed by the award-winning women-led team at Artisan Alliance to honor the power and determination of working mothers. Nala Pod offers working mothers a beautiful space to replenish, recharge, and reclaim their strength. Nala Pod is on a mission to prioritize the needs of working mothers and provide them with the dignity, support, and empowerment they deserve.
