About Nanaimo Science and Sustainability Society

The Nanaimo Science and Sustainability Society (Nanaimo Science) is a charitable non-profit society focused on science education and outreach. Nanaimo Science's mission is to inspire children and their families to develop a life-long interest in science and sustainability through hands-on learning. We offer programs to school-age children in classrooms, during after school programs, in week long summer camps and at our science studio and also participate in a variety of community events at which we offer science activities free to families.
