We provide R&D services and solutions in bioengineering of biological nanostructures tailored to individual customer needs (e.g., exposure of selected epitopes/peptides on the surface of nanostructures, chimeric virus-like particles (VLPs), as well as biological nanostructures able to carry genetic material). Our specialists have extensive expertise in designing and manufacturing both enveloped and non-enveloped VLPs. Additionally, we design antigens for vaccine development as well as diagnostic tests using protozoan, insect and mammalian cell-based platforms. Moreover, to fulfill the expectations of the market we offer a service of producing polyclonal antibodies. Our team includes specialists in biotechnology, bioengineering, molecular biology, cell culture and virology. We offer our expertise in nanoparticles, nanoforms, structural biology, genetic engineering, bioengineering and characterization of nanoparticles, monitoring the assembly of biological nanoforms. We offer consulting on technological processes of producing and purifying recombinant proteins, as well as VLPs in different expression systems. Currently NanoExpo offers Calicivirus VLPs, Norovirus VLPs, nematode-Orsay VLPs, Human papillomavirus VLPs and any kind of VLPs composed up to 4 proteins produced in eukaryotic expression system such as Insect cells. The interdisciplinary approach of the NanoExpo staff allows to solve most problems quickly and efficiently. We also offer advising and consulting, including lab-based practical skill development on the above-mentioned research fields, and possibility to join our R&D projects.
